By accessing or using LumireOne's white-label trading platform, you agree to be bound by these 服务条款. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Platform Services
LumireOne provides white-label trading technology including: execution engine, web and mobile terminals, admin panels, risk management tools, and API access. We are a technology provider, not a broker or financial advisor.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Trading Risks
Trading in financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose. LumireOne is not responsible for trading losses incurred through the use of our platform.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Market manipulation or abusive trading practices
- Unauthorized access to other users' accounts
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
- Exceeding rate limits or abusing API access
6. Intellectual Property
All platform code, design, documentation, and branding are the exclusive property of LumireOne LTD. White-label licensees receive a non-exclusive license to use the platform under their brand as specified in their licensing agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
LumireOne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time for violations of these terms, regulatory requirements, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in London, UK.
